Ab Circle Work? The Burning Question

Watching TV the other night after the two youngest had gone to bed I saw the Ab Circle Machine commercial. I have never seen it before but it made me sit up to watch. Normally, I don’t fall for all the new weight loss techniques and programs but for some reason this one made stop and take a look. Maybe it was it’s ease of use or the fact that I can stow it away out of the reach of the youngest kids. Nonetheless

it seem like something I could do right in the privacy of my bedroom.

Being extremely busy with work, 4 kids and a husband (who helps me a lot) finding time to focus on myself is very rare. I think that is why Ab Circle Machine made me sit up in bed. Because I saw a solution.  Something that would not take up too much of my time or cost me too much money plus I could get fantastic results and from what I saw on TV, the “does Ab Circle work?” question needed more exploring before a definitive answer could be made.

Being the eternal skeptic that I am when I saw Ab Circle machine on TV, I asked myself the  same question you did, “would Ab Circle work for me  too?”

Our house packed with stuff that we have accumulated over the years, needless to say the things all the things for the two young ones and the teenagers… space is at a premium at our house.  I still needed a bit more convincing thought so I went to sleep after that first commercial.

Ab Circle Work – Story

Then my “Just Do It” moment came.

Then next time I saw the commercial, my husband and I were just settling in for the night and there it was again. This time it was my  husband that sat up. Joe is the practical one in the family and is not easily impressed but when he saw that it only took a few minutes a day plus it was only $14.95 and the rest in easy pay installments, he wanted to get it for himself.

A few days later the machine showed up and Joe quickly assemble it within 10 minutes which did not give me much time to finish  reading the nutrition guide.

I could not wait to get on the machine, but only for the recommended 3 minutes. I did not want to over do it then lose interest. Boy o’ boy did I ever get a work out, My butt and abs started tightening after only 2 minutes.

About middle of the week my knees were a bit sore, which I was not prepared for so I ran down to the fitness store and grabbed a couple pairs of knee pads for Joe and myself. Joe being the tough guy he is, I know he would not complain but I got him a pair  anyways. Where you knees goes on the Ab Circle machine is not very soft.

You will find that after about a week you will want to step up the work out because the recommended 3 minutes are just not enough. I moved up to 10 minutes a day. I settled into a very comfortable routine with one day per week off to re-coop. After the initial difficulties of working out for the first time in a long time, the Ab Circle machine workouts quickly became a lifestyle especially while  I’m watching Oprah (love that woman, what an inspiration! Can’t say the same for that quack Dr. Phil).

I owe 50% of my success to the Ab Circle Pro Nutrition Guide. This thing was a great compliment to the machine.  We are the  typical America family that eats way too much fast food because we just don’t have time for the traditional daily dinners anymore. The guide take all the thinking out of, how to eat, what to eat and what to eat even when you are dining out. The recipes included in  the guide are very quick and easy to make.  I was shocked how good this healthy recipes tasted which was a great help in winning over the kids.

Ok, now its just a bit over 8 weeks since Joe bought the Ab Pro Machine for us and I will say this, this has been the best investment  we have made in a very long time. Joe is even joking about wearing a Speedo to the pool this summer (NOT!). But he sure gives  me a lot of compliments about my new physical appearance.

Ab Circle Work  summary

So to answer you question. Does Ab Circle work? Yes! Not while it’s collecting dust though. You have to use it. Continuing bad eating habits and not following the workout program and dieting then I suggest this is not for you. But if you tired of how your body looks, feeling lethargic and low energy and you are serious about doing something about it, the I fully recommend the Ab Circle Machine.
